Information Systems is a discipline working in the fields of data collection, storage, usage, operation, control and management of an organization and following the current technologies used for this purpose. Information Systems Engineering is a 4-year undergraduate program that provides education in the Faculty of Technology. The department offers an engineering education focusing on software and business applications.
The aim of Information Systems Engineering Department is; The aim of this course is to train Information Systems Engineers who can develop information systems by using information and communication technologies and have the necessary knowledge and skills to use information technologies in line with the needs of business life and industry and to use them at world standards. For this purpose, information and communication technologies are introduced, usage of these technologies, analysis, design and development of information systems are given.
Graduates of this department have the opportunity to find employment in various public institutions and private sector organizations by completing the Information Systems Engineering undergraduate program.
